Elemental Warrior boasts fast paced combat with quick-to-learn mechanics and moderate but satisfying difficulty suitable for casual and hardcore gamers alike. Sprites are detailed and smooth, and the sound design is appropriate in most aspects of the game. After a full playthrough, I can confidently say that the areas that this game lacks in are minimal, though some fleshing-out of the dash mechanic should be done to address the wall no-clipping bug. The game could also benefit from some quality of life improvements, such as a small UI beneath the player's icon that shows the mapping for which element corresponds to which number key as well as the currently equipped element. One more addition that might make the game more interesting is greater enemy variety (e.g. ranged enemies / boss fights) and different weapons that you can unlock by beating the game with a certain score threshold.

GOOD GAME, GOOD FOR THE END OF A HUMAN DAY
